When you visit us for the first we begin with you filling out our forms and taking your case-history. You will then have a thorough chiropractic, orthopaedic, physical and neurological examination. Sometimes we also require X-rays, blood- or urine-samples to make a definite diagnosis. At your next visit you will receive a report of findings. You will find out what your problems are due to, what the consequences are and how we can help you. The chiropractor gives you his recommendations for a treatment-plan, tells you what you can do yourself to improve your health, and whether he has any further recommendations. A series of assessments/treatments are individually tailored and often starts with frequent treatments then gradually tapered off. You come to us for short visits where the chiropractor gradually restores your health with your cooperation. Vertebral subluxations are adjusted by hand and supported measures such as cranio sacral-therapy can also be used. Dietary advice, nutritional supplements, acupuncture, homeopathic medicine etc. can be a complements to the treatments.
