If you want to become a registered chiropractor with an academic, internationally acknowledged diploma there is only one alternative – studying abroad. Today there are approximately 200 registered chiropractors in Sweden who are educated in this way, men and women evenly distributed. A foreign education gives you:

A registration for chiropractors was introduced in Sweden in 1989. This means the profession is regulated by the Swedish department of health and adhere to the rules and regulations of the Swedish authorities.

Registered chiropractors in Sweden generally work in private clinics or in group practices with other health care practitioners.
